My Blogging Reaction

Writing is describing thoughts, feelings and ideas by using writing to convey certain messages and to communicate. Writing can be said as a process of thinking and expressing thoughts in the form of essays. Blogging is the activity of managing a blog, adding the latest posts and pictures or editing posts on the blog.

When Ma'am Nurul explained the course outline for the Creative Writing was to write a blog on one topic every week and upload it on a personal blog. My first impression/reaction was happy, and I just remembered that I could write and upload my writing on the blog. I think that's a good thing, because sometimes we have ideas or topics to write about. But we forget to write it down, so that idea or topic is lost. So I think when we have free time, it's better for us to write something useful and upload it on the blog.

I love studying Creative Writing courses with this method, namely writing a blog every week. Mam Nurul also allows us to choose topics that we want to be uploaded on our own personal blog. So, we are free to deliver whatever ideas are in our brains to write on the blog. I can remember my old past memories and I told them again in the blog. Next, the benefits of blogging is that I can know how far the vocabulary and grammar that I have mastered. With blogging, I can use the opportunity to improve my writing skills.

One of the benefits of writing blog is that we can re-read our own writing in the next few years. And I was very happy, when Ma'am Nurul said that the posts on my own blog would be published as a book. Because one of my dreams is that there is my name in a book. In the past, I dreamed of becoming a writer but my laziness to continue the stories that I created by myself was big. So I'm very grateful because there will be my name in the book with the names of all my college friends. It will be the sweetest memories of being a university student of UIN SATU Tulungagung.

Thank you very much Ma'am Nurul for this great idea and opportunity. I really enjoyed and my writing skill have been grown up so much in this class. In the future, I would like to practice writing with good sentences that will be easier for other people to read it.
